I have a special little guy with lots of sensory issues and Katie is the only one he lets cut his hair. She is patient, so very accommodating, communicative and understanding. We have tried other locations that gave him a haircut but also spiked his anxiety as they weren't attuned to his needs. Katie goes the extra mile. Those with special needs kiddos understand how truly valuable that is. In the area we live in I wasn't sure I'd have the resources needed for a good experience but we really lucked out with West Side Salon. I can't recommend it enough.
